These Terms are an agreement between you and Dynamic Hybrid Technologies LLC("we," "us"), registered in Media City, UAE, which publishes the Endless HaHu app, website and related services (the "App"). The App is built and operated in Ethiopia by RAMA Technologies PLC, which runs the iTutor Ethiopia education platform, and these Terms cover your use of the App through either company. By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund Policy, which are part of this agreement.
You must be 18 or older, and the parent or legal guardian of the children who will use the App, to create an account. Children do not hold accounts of their own: they use profiles inside yours. You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping your password or sign-in method private, and for telling us at info@endlesshahu.com if you think someone else has access to it.
Purchases, subscription management, account settings and links out of the App sit behind a parental gate, so a child cannot buy anything or change your settings on their own.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App and its content for your own family's learning, on the number of child profiles your plan allows (up to 4 on HaHu Family).
The first five letters' worksheets are free for everyone; the rest are included with HaHu Family, for home and your own classroom. Not for resale or redistribution.

Schools, tutors and organisations that want to use Endless HaHu with children who are not their own need a school or bulk licence — write to info@endlesshahu.com and we will set one up.
The Free tier is free forever. Paid plans are described, with current prices, on our home page. Card and PayPal payments are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record, and renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Ethiopian birr payments — through Chapa or by bank transfer — are one-off payments that buy a fixed access window and do not auto-renew. Subscriptions bought inside the mobile apps are governed additionally by Google Play's or Apple's own terms.
Cancellation, refunds and price changes are covered in full by our Refund Policy. In short: paid subscriptions are non-refundable, because you can try everything that matters for free first — except where refunds are required by law or by the store you bought through: the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right, store-handled refunds for in-app purchases, and accidental or duplicate charges. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from your account; cancelling stops future charges and keeps access until the period ends.
Gift codes, bank-transfer codes, printed vouchers and school codes unlock a fixed period of HaHu Family for the family that redeems them. A code may be redeemed once, is not exchangeable for cash, and must be redeemed within the window printed on it (18 months for gifts). Do not buy codes from anyone other than us or an authorised reseller — we cannot honour codes obtained elsewhere.
The App is built for children roughly aged 2–8 and contains no advertising, no chat, no social features and no user-generated content shared with strangers. What we collect, why, and how you delete it is set out in the Privacy Policy. By creating profiles for your children you consent to us processing their learning progress as described there, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by deleting the profile or the account.
Endless HaHu, the Fidel lessons, characters, episodes, audio, artwork and software are owned by Dynamic Hybrid Technologies LLC, RAMA Technologies PLC or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
Anything your family creates in the App — tracing attempts, progress, profile names — stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, sync it across your devices and show it back to you.
We work to keep the App available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service: we may take it down for maintenance, and features, lessons and games may be added, changed or retired as the curriculum grows. If we retire something you paid for and cannot offer an equivalent, the Refund Policy applies. Offline episodes in the mobile apps depend on the device having downloaded them first, and on your subscription remaining active.
You may close your account at any time from Parent Zone, which deletes your children's profile data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms — particularly redistribution of our content, payment fraud, or abuse of our staff. Where the closure is not your fault, we refund the unused portion of what you paid.
Endless HaHu is a learning aid, not a substitute for schooling, a diagnosis, or a professional assessment of your child. We do not promise a particular learning outcome. The App is provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows, and to that same extent our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and none of this affects the consumer rights you have where you live.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, and the courts of Addis Ababa have jurisdiction, because the App is built, operated and delivered from Ethiopia by RAMA Technologies PLC — except where the mandatory consumer law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally, which we do not take away. Before going to court, please write to us: almost everything is faster to fix by email.
If we make material changes we will notify parents in the App and by email before they take effect, and update the version and date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after that means you accept the new Terms; if you do not, you may cancel and close the account.
