Endless HaHu (the "App") is an Amharic literacy application for children, published by Dynamic Hybrid Technologies LLC ("we," "us"), registered in Media City, UAE. The App is built and operated in Ethiopia by RAMA Technologies PLC, which runs the iTutor Ethiopia education platform from its office in Addis Ababa. Both companies are responsible for the data described in this policy, and Dynamic Hybrid Technologies LLC is the data controller. The App is designed for children roughly aged 2–8, used together with a parent or guardian. Because our users include children under 13 (and under 16 in some regions), we design the App to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU GDPR rules for children ("GDPR-K"), Google Play's Designed for Families policies, and Apple's Kids Category guidelines.

What we never collect from children: precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera input, browsing history, or any advertising identifier. The App contains no chat, no social features, no user-generated content shared with others, and no third-party advertising of any kind.
We do not sell personal information, we do not use behavioral or interest-based advertising, and we do not profile children.
We use a small number of processors, each bound by their own child-safety and data-protection commitments: Supabase (authentication and our learning-progress database), Paddle (card payment and subscription processing, as merchant of record), Chapa (Ethiopian birr payments), and Cloudflare (secure content and video delivery). These providers process data on our instructions and cannot use it for their own advertising purposes.
Accounts can only be created by an adult. Purchases, subscription management, account settings, and external links sit behind a parental gate. As a parent or guardian you may, at any time:
You can delete your child's profile and all associated data directly in the App (Parent Zone → Children), export it as a file from the same screen, or email info@endlesshahu.com. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
Learning progress is kept for as long as the account is active. If an account is inactive for 24 months, or upon deletion request, personal data is erased or irreversibly anonymized. Crash and analytics data is retained in aggregate, non-identifying form.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, access is restricted to authorized personnel, and authentication is handled by industry-standard providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat children's data with the highest level of care in our infrastructure.
We are registered in the UAE, build and operate the App from Ethiopia, and serve families worldwide, including the Ethiopian diaspora. Where required, data transfers rely on appropriate safeguards. Users in the EU/EEA and UK have the rights described in Section 6 plus the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
If we make material changes, we will notify parents in the App and by email before the changes take effect, and update the version and date at the top of this page.
