How much does it cost?
All the letters, handwriting practice, songs, shows, books and more — learning that children enjoy: 3 months 899 birr, 1 year 2,499 birr (about 7 birr a day). You pay once — no other charges.

How do I pay?
1) Press and hold «ለወላጆች» for 3 seconds. 2) Choose a plan. 3) Choose how to pay: • telebirr • Chapa — CBE Birr, M-Pesa, mobile banking or a local bank card • Bank transfer — Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE), account name RAMA Technologies PLC, account number 1000723306195. Pay, send us the receipt, and we send an activation code the same day. 4) Once payment is confirmed, your children get the full service.

I paid but it didn't unlock
1) Check you are signed in with the phone number you paid with. 2) Close and reopen the app. 3) Still locked? Send us your payment proof (telebirr SMS, Chapa receipt or bank receipt).

When does my plan end?
Hold «ለወላጆች» for 3 seconds → «Plan» → the end date shows under «Until …». We remind you by SMS before it ends.

Can I get a refund?
If there was a payment mistake — for example you were charged twice, or you paid and the service didn't open — talk to us and we'll fix it or refund you.

How do I delete my account?
Hold «ለወላጆች» for 3 seconds → «Settings» → «Delete my account». All child profiles, stars and progress are removed. Changed your mind? Within 30 days, sign back in and tap «Keep my account» in Settings; after that it can't be undone.

Does it need internet?
On first opening, lessons and sounds download; after that they work without internet. Shows (videos), sign-in and payment need internet. Your child's progress saves when you're back online.
