Endless HaHu is published by Dynamic Hybrid Technologies LLC ("we," "us"), registered in Media City, UAE, and built and operated in Ethiopia by RAMA Technologies PLC. This policy applies to every payment made to either company, through any of the payment channels described below.
Endless HaHu has a free version with no time limit — the first five Fidel and five English letters, tracing, starter games, daily homework and all four child profiles. Use it as long as you like before paying.
Because the Free tier never expires, you can judge the App in full before paying — and a paid subscription can be cancelled at any time from Parent Zone → Billing. This is what makes the rule in section 4 fair: nothing is hidden behind the payment screen that you could not already see.
You can cancel at any time from Parent Zone → Billing, which opens your billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it is not a refund of the period you have already paid for. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your child's progress is kept — you drop back to the Free tier rather than losing the account.
Card and PayPal payments for HaHu Family and gifts are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record and reseller. That means Paddle is the seller on your statement and handles the payment, tax and refund mechanics on our behalf. Refunds are still decided by us, and you can request one either by emailing info@endlesshahu.com or through the Paddle receipt you received by email.
Paid subscriptions are non-refundable, because you can try everything that matters for free first — except where refunds are required by law or by the store you bought through:
We also refund when a technical fault on our side stopped your family from using the paid content and we could not fix it for you. Where local consumer law gives you a stronger right than this policy, that law wins and we honour it.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Birr payments are not subscriptions: each payment buys a fixed access window — 90 days (a school term) or 365 days — and nothing renews automatically, so there is no recurring charge to cancel or to refund by surprise. Because of that, we refund a birr payment only for a payment error:
Birr refunds are returned through the same channel you paid with, which can take longer than a card refund depending on the mobile-money or bank operator. Send the transaction reference from your payment confirmation to info@endlesshahu.com and we will trace it.
A HaHu ስጦታ gift is a one-time purchase of a full year, delivered as a code. An unredeemed code can be refunded within 30 days of purchase — we cancel the code and return the payment. Once a code has been redeemed the year has been delivered to the receiving family, and it can no longer be refunded. Unredeemed codes stay valid for 18 months from purchase; if a code expires before it is redeemed, contact us and we will reissue it rather than let the gift lapse.
If you subscribed through the Google Play or Apple App Store in-app purchase flow, that purchase belongs to the store, not to us — we can see your subscription but we cannot refund it. Request those refunds from Google Play (play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions) or Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com), under their own refund rules. Manage or cancel those subscriptions in the store account as well, not in Parent Zone. If the store declines and you believe the charge was genuinely wrong, write to us anyway and we will do what we can.
We tell parents by email before a subscription renews at a new price, in time to cancel. Founding Families who locked in the annual founding rate keep that rate for as long as the subscription stays active. If we ever raise a price without telling you first, that charge is refundable.
If we suspend or close a paid account for a reason that is not your fault — for example we discontinue the service — we refund the unused portion of what you paid. If an account is closed for abuse of the service or of our staff, as described in the Terms of Service, no refund is due.
Email info@endlesshahu.com from the address on the account, with the receipt or transaction reference and one line about what went wrong. We reply within 5 business days and, when a refund is approved, issue it immediately. You do not need to explain yourself at length — we would rather refund a family than keep money they feel they lost.
The first five letters' worksheets are free for everyone; the rest are included with HaHu Family, for home and your own classroom. Not for resale or redistribution.
